And Welcome to the Show!

It's that time of the day/month/year/whatever again! Time for the lazy-bastard-with-a-blogger-account from 08A12 to make another of his random posts! Oh, woe.

Ara ara ara! No one's posting on the blog! That makes me sad. Well, not really; maybe just a little bit.

Aaaanyways, today we have a few special guests with us on this episode of

As We Keep On Watching Reruns That Span Two-Hundred-and-Sixty-Two Episodes in One Month

The first guest we're going to have on with us today is --

is shot

Okay, that approach probably won't work either. And I actually thought that it was going to be quite innovative.

Aaaaanyways. I was listening to the track for Hyrule Temple and Ice Symphony just a few seconds ago, and that reminded me of my idea to have either a class comic or forum or actual story: writing/drawing characters in that match our personalities into a completely different (and more fantastic) environment than the corridors of Hwa Chong, wonderfully windy though they may be.

... Oh, and don't ask me how Hyrule Temple reminded me of that: it just did.

I find it a little sad how our blog is turning into a message board; it'd be alright, I guess, if the message board was visited, but right now it's like a giant empty shopping mall. What we need now are people to open shop; post stuff at least somewhat regularly: class related, hopefully, but off-tangents are interesting to have too... like opening a shop selling kicks-in-the-groin: if it isn't actually patronized, at least it's interesting =3

Oh, and you know what else our shopping mall needs? Lots of those tinselly-things you have on Christmas trees and a few ceiling installations. And maybe a mascot. Not Barney, no... something non-paedophilic and actually friendly... like... eh, I don't know >_<; ... Eh, wait. We don't really have a shopping mall, do we? Even at best we just have a stall. Oh, right! The stall! We really need to do something about it, ne? At the moment, what we have is a proposal for balloon animals and skittle-destroying games. Oughta work, assuming we can get the resources together. I currently have a grand total of three (3) cans... and I can probably drink a few more tomorrow... assuming you want to go with knocking down drinking cans with a tennis ball or something. ... There are lotsa ways this could go, though: we could try giving them ping pong balls and getting them to knock down 1.5L bottles full of sand... would result in 100% profits...! But probably no customers. Alternatively, we could do the conventional... but that's a bit boring, na? There's also the problem of prizes we'll have to settle by tomorrow... I wonder if strange foodstuffs will be enough... or if we'll perhaps make more money selling the strange foodstuffs alone... >:3 Hmm... there're so many strange factors to consider, na?

Hopefully, people in charge of the various aspects can contact me (or Boon Yang, or whateverish) and volunteer to bring stuff or get stuff together. Either that or we'll just discuss it in school tomorrow (as I think we might have to...)

... And now, a word from our sponsors!

If you don't have a friend,
Want to meet your end,

There's only one place
You can show your face...

From deathbed to grave
Each penny you'll save...

Ben's Undertaking
Your post-mortem craving.

Open six days a week, closed Sundays.
For groups of more than thirty, please book in advance.

Cue applause

... And back to the show.

One other thing I was considering was making Magic Cards out of the members of our class, and Sorceries and stuff to boot. I remember playing around with stuffage like that a long time ago, but it might actually be quite fun to try (i.e. typify our own characteristics in an Expansion of our own!)

But at this point, there's something else I find rather pressing. Ne, ne! All you people who attended JTS, nya! Post a post! All I have to go on right now are the photos our dear CT Rep's uploaded, and satisfaction is not quite guaranteed =S

Make a post! A short one or a long one! How did you feel? How was it? Did the food suck? Was it horribly overpriced? Was there a long wait? Did everyone fit? Who got lost? What did you do there? Did people get drunk?

Na, stuff like that. It might be nice to actually share thoughts about it, even if not all of them are pleasant (although they probably all will be), and I'm sure those who didn't attend will be happy to be able to at least read about it (no, I'm not just saying this because I will).

... Oooooh. A new class poll has just come in on the egroups. Can I say
  • ... I want all four of them?
  • ... in three different designs?
  • ... for free?
... Unlikely, but I can but wish.

Aaaaanyways, now I've got my Economics work to do now

headdesk

so I'll stop this weird, nonsensical and quite probably entirely pointless post here. Do remember to join us in our next episode of... what was this show called again? I don't really think it matters.
