volunteers please.

[CIP Carnival] - 20/3
=======================================
brainstorm for ideas for CT booth during CIP Carnival (20/03)

>> Submit a ONE PAGE proposal on what the class wants to do at the carnival (eg. food stall selling specific type of food for 80 people at least; details to be included)
>> Budget: $100 + (any contribution from the class)
>> PROPOSAL DEADLINE: 11/03
>> Btw, we are allowed to patronize stalls set up by other classes and not everyone will be manning the stall at the same time. Perhaps a rotation system can be set up so that the rest can interact with the children (5 - 11 yrs old), etc.


a small OT that i've come up with:

=> Volunteer 1 [OS] - overall-in-charge of planning

=> Ashton [AOS] - asst overall-in-charge of planning

=> Karen [Logistics IC] - Prepare the logistics needed
- Jasmine K
- Helper 2


=> Bjorn [Game/Food IC] - Prepare the game/food (depends on what the CT wants)
- Yi Ning
- Eileen

=> Li Bo [Programmes IC] - Come up with programme outline, allocation of roles
- Qiu Ting
- Harry

the rest will be involved in manning the stall, setting up, clearing up, etc. (no, not SK)

A LITTLE HELP PLEASE.

btw, i'll try to rotate the roles taken up by each person.. meaning that those not involved in the carnival prep will have to plan for the next event.
