just for the benefit of those who didnt manage to find the PW notes buried under tonnes of paper inside the box on top of our class bench (like i did yesterday, out of sheer luck lol), below is the brief summary of the sample booklet she gave us.

-be clear and concise
*candidates are to footnote all sources used

=>reasons for choice of topic
-impacts of trend/problem etc.
-why is it significant

=>feasibility
-why/who will accept the proposal
-why will the plan work
-if there are sufficient sources to refer to etc

=>manageability
-how/who to implement the proposal
-e.g. renting of exhibition hall for symposium etc.

=>accessibility of info
-who to survey
-where to get resources
-aim of surveys/research etc.
-possible problems and solutions

=>references (bibliography)

*we are allowed to present the report in point form as long as 'meaning is clear', quoting from the sample again
