Re: Supporting of g.Volleyball finals (Thur15/5/08) Artemis/Ares

This is a message posted on behalf of the school administration:

Dear C1 Artemis/Ares students,
The girls volleyball team that will be playing their finals against
VJC on Thursday 15th May 2008
The school will be dispatching the C1 faculties of Artemis and
Ares for the event.
Please check and excuse the follwing classes from the abovementioned
faculties from 12.30 pm onwards.


08A12 Ares Excused from 12.30pm (that leaves with 30min of Econs Tutorial, boohoo)


The Chemistry and E.Lit department have agreed to cancel the C1
lectures to accommodate the support required for the event. However,
classes having laboratory sessions (in light of upcoming SPA
assessments) will not be excused and proceed with ALL their remaining
scheduled lessons.

Please be attired in either HCI PE tee shirt, I<3HC tee-shirt or full
college uniform. Please report punctually to board the buses so as not
to be late for the event. Students who have no lessons at 12pm
(e.g.some from A10, A13,6B, 74, 7A, 7C) please start to report at
12.20pm so we can stagger dispatch of buses. CT reps please see to it.
